Your satisfaction is very important to Reliable Handyman. We strive to provide excellent service at reasonable prices. Before we collect full payment, we will make sure you are happy with the job.

Reliable Handyman will guarantee the job in writing at the time the contract is signed to begin work.



For one year from the date of job completion Reliable Handyman will repair for free, any defects in workmanship for work performed under this guarantee.

This guarantee is transferable. If you are selling your house you can tell the new owner there is a guarantee on this work.

Guarantee is for labour only and does not apply to material problems, regular wear and tear or acts of God. This guarantee does not apply to materials warranted under the manufacturer or supplied by the customer or other another party.

This warranty is void if the customer or any other party modifies the original work performed by Reliable Handyman.

This guarantee comes into effect upon completion of payment. Incomplete payment or separate payment to tradesmen for any reason, voids the guarantee. Any other guarantees made by tradesmen other than those found in the contract are hereby disclaimed by Reliable Handyman. Reliable Handyman has the right to refund a portion of cost in lieu of completion of work or warranty service. Warranty work is to be performed by the original handyman, if available.

If customer or the customer's contractor modifies work performed by Reliable Handyman in any way, this guarantee becomes void. Items excluded from this guarantee, but not limited to: roof repairs/leaks, leaky faucets/toilets (unless unit is replaced), blocked plumbing, caulking and grouting.
